I’m a self-learned baker who is very passionate about making cakes and other desserts for your parties. Being an erstwhile IT professional, a neatly made cake, personalized to the recipient’s interests would always catch my attention. And I’d dream about making such a cake one day….

It was just a dream till the day I decided to make a custom-designed cake for my kid’s first birthday. Since he was allergic to eggs and milk protein then, I really had to go through a few trials before his actual birthday. And the cake turned out to be a big success and my interest in cakes suddenly increased multifold! Soon I started spending hours researching and trying out recipes, learning cake decorating, learning about various fillings, finding and shopping essential tools, and so on.

Soon a few friends started asking me to try making their kids’ cakes and I’d happily jump at the opportunity. After a few months, my confidence grew and I seriously decided to make this my new profession. It’s 6 years since and I’m overjoyed with all the wonderful reviews and comments I get from all my friends and customers. It makes me feel special to be a part of someone’s special moments, making their celebration sweeter (literally!)

So what started as a hobby has now become my profession, making cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, and cookies on a regular basis. Thanks to the wonderful support and encouragement from my husband and kid, I’m able to work on what I’m passionate about and what makes me happy! I now have a little cake shop at Haga kyrkogata 22, where you can come and meet me to discuss your orders, and also find some ready stuff like cupcakes, slices of cakes in different flavors, and other baked stuff.
